We have office hours from 09:00 to 12:00pm on Saturdays.
We can usually schedule same day appointments.
This is not a comprehensive physical exam. This visit is covered 100% by Medicare. You will need to complete a questionnaire called a “Health Risk Assessment” prior to your visit. One of our providers will review it in detail with the patient. Read more about the Medicare Wellness visit
You should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Bring you driver’s license, a form of payment (if needed), insurance card, and new patient paperwork (come earlier if you need to fill it out). If required to select a PCP on your insurance card, please select “Mace Medical.”

We have Labcorp in our office. The lab is open from M-F 8am-5pm and Saturday 8:30am to 12 pm
